Criteria: This award recognises innovation in the creation of inspiring spaces that help to promote different and new ways of learning/teaching and that can be easily replicated across the education estate.

Criteria: This award recognises an educational institution (school, college or university) that has used its building asset in a way that delivers a different and innovative way of teaching and learning.

Criteria: This award recognises the passion, direction and innovation that a school, college, university or local authority has shown in either a new build or refurbishment.

Criteria: This award recognises a learning establishment which has undertaken a buildings/facilitates investment that significantly improves the experience of pupils/students.

Criteria: This award recognises innovation that has helped contribute to value in the design of learning spaces. What is meant by value? Monetary or a better experience or something else?

Criteria: This award recognises the project team that has successfully delivered a new build. Entries must clearly state who the client was, the architect(s) and contractor(s) involved and the wider project team.

Criteria: This award recognises the team that has successfully delivered a refurbishment. Entries must clearly state who the client was, the architect(s) and contractor(s) involved and the wider team.

Criteria: This award recognises a main contractor who have demonstrated outstanding work in the education sector over the last 12 months.

Criteria: This award recognises an architectural practice who have demonstrated excellence in delivering value and functionality with projects, whilst also promoting best practice in innovative design in the education sector over the last 12 months.

Criteria: This award recognises a multi-disciplinary consultancy or construction consultants (including building or quantity surveyors and project management companies) who have demonstrated outstanding work in the education sector over the last 12 months.
