The aim of the roundtable, delivered as part of the CIOB’s client strategy, is to share knowledge and expertise with less experienced clients and to gather client insights. Feedback from the session will be provided to the wider CIOB membership to improve their services to you.

We want to understand the pressures and issues you face as senior construction clients and the impact they have on achieving your Net Zero Targets. We will be asking questions such as:

• What is your organisation's built assets/estate strategy for net zero? 
• What are the chief challenges to reaching net zero through your built assets/estate?
• What should building contractors do to help you to reach your net zero ambitions?

These targets are challenging and so we want to encourage the industry to collaborate to seek solutions, nationally and internationally.

The roundtable will be chaired by CIOB Past President Mike Foy OBE, formerly with the Department for Education, supported by the CIOB team.
