ISG, Buildforce and Women Returners are delighted to be discussing the opportunities available when employers look beyond the normal talent pool with a skills first approach.  We will hear from David Duncan, Group Environmental Advisor from Vistry Group on his own experience leaving the military and BuildForce’s support to find a sustainable career within the Construction industry. David will discuss the opportunities for employers to leverage transferable skills, relevant for our industry. 

Women Returners CEO, Julianne Miles will discuss her experiences, working with individuals and organisations to enable professionals to return to work after an extended career break. Having partnered with many leading organisations in the private sector and on government-supported return to work programmes,  Women Returners also runs a Professional Network, providing free advice and support to 9,000 women on career breaks. We will discuss how this expertise and the numerous Returner Programmes have created new opportunities for individuals and organisations,  leveraging diversity of thought, skills and experience and the benefit this brings to organisations and teams.
