Introducing Emerging Leaders: Building the Next Generation of Female Leaders in the Built Environment

Join Construction for Women for an informal introduction to the Emerging Leaders programme and discover how it is supporting women during the first five years of their careers across construction and the wider built environment.

The 12-month programme combines multidisciplinary peer cohorts, mentoring, professional development, networking, industry exposure, practical challenges and access to wider opportunities through Construction for Women.

This Career Conversation will explain why the programme was created, what participants gain from taking part and how employers, mentors and industry partners can help emerging talent build the confidence, connections and experience needed to progress.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, speak informally with the Construction for Women team and find out how to join, nominate an Emerging Leader or support the programme.
