Attendance at the conference is free for those directly employed in schools, colleges, universities, government and local authorities (including governors and independent schools)*

*All registrations will be verified by the organiser and anyone not deemed as public sector will be contacted to amend their registration.

Cancellation Policy and Payment by WorldPay

Our payment provider is WorldPay. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us of your decision in writing. If you have booked a Conference package, an administration fee of £75 applies to all cancellations up to and including Friday 8 September 2023, and we are not able to offer a refund after this date. However your place can be transferred to a colleague, subject to written confirmation from the organiser. Please send your request to operations@stepconnect2.co.uk.

Please note, there is no charge for cancelling ‘Exhibition Only’ tickets.
