In response to the increasing demand for Inclusive Environments from SEND/ALN school placements and additional mental health requirements to Secure Children’s Homes and CAMHS units, Kier will provide an insight to our Inclusive Environments Best Practice Approach that has been developed based on understanding the educational, health, trauma informed and wellbeing needs of young people, their carers and staff.
Using the Kier 360 approach that leans into the expertise within all the divisions, services, knowledge sharing and social value Kier can provide, our aim is to enhance the lives of the Young People who use the buildings we create, ensuring they have efficient and effective access to therapeutic and inspirational spaces.
