A live demonstration of how One Creative Environments worked with Plymouth CAST to digitise condition survey collection across 35 schools in six weeks, and turn it into a usable, ongoing asset management tool. We'll walk through the process end to end: mobile data capture in the field, automated grading against DfE condition and repair priority criteria, and how the output could feed directly into Capital Spend Plan and net zero decision-making at trust level. Attendees will see the live application, not just slides, and can ask questions about how it was built and how it could apply to their own estate.
