The National Education Nature Park and Climate Action Awards offer education settings an exciting new way to deliver climate education to children and young people whilst improving the climate resilience and biodiversity of the education estate. Hear all about the opportunities the programme will give education settings and how expert advice from the programme’s delivery partnership, led by the world renowned Natural History Museum, will deliver lasting positive change to school grounds whilst students learn valuable green skills.

This presentation will focus on the DfE’s first purpose built biophilic primary school.
It will review the projects principles, progress and the early findings form the research team working alongside the department to evaluate the school.
The presentation will summarise what the PhD research will be exploring next and how we will be assessing the impact of biophilic design on nature connectedness, wellbeing, and attainment.
