THE SOLUTION
The Qube were called in on this project, after the school heard about another nursery project they were undertaking within the area. The Qube visited site and instantly knew they could value engineer the schools’ drawings to better use the space and incorporate the schools many requirements. Health and Safety was the key factor on this project as all material deliveries and construction traffic had to come through the open playground, the Qube managed this through controlled traffic systems and designated delivery times. The build area enabled us to fence off the playground to comply with the school’s request of keeping the remaining playground open to the children during break times.
