Class Of Your Own (“COYO”) is an award-winning social enterprise founded in 2009 by Alison Watson MBE, creator of the ‘Design Engineer Construct!’ Learning Programme (“DEC”), a pioneering curriculum focusing on the digital Built Environment.

By integrating STEM subjects and real-world project-based learning experiences, DEC educates and inspires children and young people to contribute positively to a net zero carbon future, giving them 21st-century skills and a deep understanding of design, engineering and construction concepts for a more sustainable world.

This innovative programme provides a unique opportunity for collaboration with academic and industry partners through the ‘Adopt A School’ scheme, providing exposure to professionals and a taste of future careers in this vital, digital sector. 

Visit stand 701 to meet the fantastic young DEC students (and their teachers!) from Stratford upon Avon School and Alder Grange School who are showcasing their work, discussing their personal learning journeys - and their ambitions for the industry.

Those committed to social value that is ‘less talk, more action’ will discover the innovative approach that makes school engagement and talent development child’s play – such as that of adopter TG Escapes, whose commitment supports nearly 1000 children at Stratford upon Avon School.
