Hushoffice creates acoustic pods and space solutions designed to support focus, wellbeing, accessibility and inclusion in educational environments. By combining acoustic comfort with human-centred design, Hushoffice helps schools, colleges and universities create flexible spaces that respond to the diverse needs of pupils, students and staff.
Hushoffice pods are already used by hundreds of educational institutions around the world, supporting education communities in a wide range of settings. Their flexibility makes it possible to create dedicated spaces for individual learning, tutoring, focused work, meetings with teachers, counsellors or psychologists, online lessons and moments of quiet – without the need for major building work or permanent changes to the school environment.
The pods can be particularly valuable for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping to reduce distracting noise and sensory stimuli while providing a more comfortable and predictable environment. At the same time, they are designed for everyone: a quiet, private space can support concentration, communication, collaboration and wellbeing across the entire education community.
As a fully flexible and adaptable solution, Hushoffice pods can be introduced where and when they are needed, making it possible to enhance existing educational spaces without the cost and disruption associated with creating new permanent rooms. Their multi-purpose nature also allows one pod to serve different functions throughout the school day, supporting efficient use of space and providing long-term value.
Hushoffice is a winner of the 2025 CDW Product Award for Most Inclusive Design, and its pods have received Certified Autism Resource (CAR) certification.
