Tempspan

Need more space, fast? Tempspan delivers temporary buildings in as little as 1–2 weeks*, giving schools and estates teams the capacity they need without the wait.

Whether you’re managing a surge in pupil numbers, a refurbishment programme, an unexpected building closure or a gap in sports and assembly space, we provide practical, high-quality temporary space that keeps your school running. From classrooms and dining halls to sports halls and multi-use spaces, every solution is planned around your site, your timetable and your budget.

We know estates teams work under pressure. That’s why we make the process simple: one point of contact, clear advice from the first conversation, and a team that handles delivery and set-up so you can stay focused on your pupils and staff. Hire periods are flexible, so you only pay for the space you need, for as long as you need it.

Whatever your school needs, temporarily, Tempspan can help. Visit us on stand 649 to talk through your capacity challenges with our team, or book a callback ahead of the show at a time that suits you.
