Vivify Venues

Rhys is the Head of School Partnerships at Vivify Venues, helping schools unlock the value of their facilities outside the school day. He works with trusts, local authorities, and independatnt schools, to turn underused spaces into sustainable community hubs!  Improving utilisation, generating dependable income, and reducing admin through software &/or managed lettings. At Education Estates 2025, he’s keen to share practical ways to widen community access while staying on top of safeguarding and compliance, and to learn how estates teams are tackling utilisation and budget pressures.
