Adam Taylor
Adam is a leading indoor air quality specialist with over 20 years’ experience in air quality, thermal comfort, and building environmental design. A mechanical engineer by background, he has worked extensively on heating systems, bespoke air distribution, and innovative ventilation solutions.
He founded ARM Environments in 2018, expanding his work internationally into indoor air cleaning technologies for the education and healthcare sectors. Adam chairs the BESA IAQ Group, represents the UK at the AIVC, and contributes to the CIBSE Air Quality Working Group. He has supported the development of major healthy building standards including BREEAM, Fitwel and AirRated, and previously served on the WELL Faculty.
Adam is actively involved in publicly funded innovation programmes, including Innovate UK and the Breathable Cities Programme, helping accelerate new technologies that reduce exposure to air pollution.
