Andrew Goodman is Director of Estates and Property Services at SOAS University of London, where he leads the operational and strategic transformation of the Bloomsbury campus estate and facilities management functions. He brings over 17 years of senior leadership experience in the NHS and public sector, including roles as Director of Strategic Assets & Property at the London Ambulance Service and Director of Performance at NHS England. His background spans transformation, portfolio management and delivery in complex organisational environments, all disciplines he now applies to the challenges of the higher education estate.
