Andrew Muldoon is Head of Estates and Sustainability at Brooke Weston Trust, where he leads strategic estate planning, sustainability integration and digital development across a multi-academy portfolio. He brings senior leadership experience spanning estates, finance and operational management.He previously served as Estates and Facilities Manager within a multi-academy trust responsible for 25 schools, and as Director of Finance and Business in a secondary setting. This combination of estates and financial leadership underpins his data-led approach to condition, suitability and long-term asset planning.He has contributed to the development of the Department for Education’s 10-Year Education Estates Strategy, giving him a rare dual perspective: shaping national direction while delivering practical implementation at trust level. His work focuses on governance clarity, lifecycle sustainability and preparing estates for structured, interoperable data frameworks that support resilient, future-ready education environments.
