Andrew Wholley is a Senior Associate within Mott MacDonald's Net Zero Advisory team. A specialist in building energy performance, Andrew has worked closely with Mott MacDonald's wider Education Advisory team in the development and delivery of Net Zero Carbon in Operation schools programmes in the past 2 years. He is also currently lead advisor in Scottish Government's Non-Domestic Energy Efficiency (NDEE) Framework Project Support Unit, supporting the Scottish public sector drive down estate emissions and costs through Energy Performance Contracts. Working closely with all forms of public and third sector clients, he brings experience of the wider opportunities and challenges of developing and delivering decarbonisation projects at scale; helping clients appraise whole life carbon outcomes during optioneering and providing robust, appropriate strategic decision making in an evolving industry.
