Andrew is National Framework Director for the DfE TAS21 Framework and his 30 years of professional experience includes extensive experience in the project management of schools and procurement of Frameworks.  Andrew was Project Manager for the DfE GenZero Prototype School designs and has led on DfMA and standardisation initiatives for the DfE, including the procurement of the DfE Offsite Schools Framework (MMC1), the GEN 3 to 7 standard school design studies and Post Occupancy Evaluation studies that informed the template designs.
