Ben has worked in education design for his entire career and is an acknowledged expert in the field. He leads Jestico + Whiles acclaimed education studio and is passionate about designing schools. The studio has delivered over seventy school projects across two decades, and has developed a unique collaborative approach, designing inspirational, effective, inclusive and sustainable facilities across primary, secondary, and special schools; public and private; new-build and refurbishment, both in the UK and internationally. Ben is an RIBA Client Advisor, specialising in Education, and is current chair of the NLA Expert Panel on Education. He has a particular interest in low-energy sustainable design is also responsible for Addition Labs, the design research unit of Jestico + Whiles.
