Ben Tranter is the Head of Estates for Inspire Education Trust, with 12 years experience working in the Education sector. After completing a 3-year apprenticeship in building craft occupations as a multi-skilled operative, Ben worked his way up, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in different settings such as FE & HE, completing multiple leadership, H&S and FM qualifications. Through his various roles, Ben has led compliance, H&S, Operations, Capital investments and has been published in ISBL's 'The Voice'. Ben now operates at a strategic level as part of the central management team for Inspire Education Trust and as part of the role is proud to lead on the Trust's Environmental strategy, ensuring innovative and sustainable facilities for future generations.
