Callum is a core part of our Facilities Management team and has a career in operation facilities management that spans over a decade, including extensive experience in PPP and PFI facilities as well as lifecycle modelling. Callum has worked on PFI school contracts across multiple local authorities including Leeds, York and Hull and was a key part of our team that successfully handed back Victoria Dock. His role now involves looking after our PFI portfolio of schools in York through the operational phase and with an eye on their own hand back.
