Caroline is the newly appointed Deputy Chief Executive of Scape. Caroline formerly held the position of Public Sector Director at Osborne, where she orchestrated strategic initiatives in the residential and education sectors. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Construction at the Cabinet Office, expertly collaborating with various government departments to implement the Government Construction Strategy.

The team at SCAPE have created efficiencies in excess of £400m for the public sector. She will provide the audience with an insight into the benefits of direct award frameworks to drive collaboration, efficiency, time, and cost savings across multiple school projects, and ultimately enhancing the delivery of school projects.
