Clare has worked in estates management and capital development in the Higher Education sector for over 20 years. The University of East Anglia is known for its brutalist architecture as well as for leading the way in climate research – the current project to redevelop part of the Lasdun Wall responds to the challenge of adapting a Grade II post-war building to provide a sustainable future for the building that meets the operational needs of the University and aligns with its values. Clare will provide a clients’ perspective on managing a post-war heritage estate.
