David Tucker was born in Watford in 1968. He attended a CLASP designed secondary school and art school before studying architecture at the Universities of Plymouth and Cambridge. He joined Rivington Street Studio in 1997 and became a director in 2005. He designs buildings for education, special needs, youth culture and housing and is involved with MMC construction on numerous projects for both new build and retrofit. The practice is a recipient of many design awards. David is a Civic Trust Award Assessor and a Professional Studies Advisor for the University of Cambridge.
