Dr Fadi Castronovo is a training and development digital consultant with over a decade of experience in digital architecture and construction education, assessment, and technology. He earned his PhD in architectural engineering with a minor in educational psychology from Pennsylvania State University and holds a master’s in architectural engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Prior to joining Ryder in 2025, Fadi held faculty positions in the UK and the US, including California State University East Bay and the University of Brighton. His work focuses on evaluating the impact of innovative digital tools, such as AR/VR, BIM and educational games, on learning and user experience. Outside of work, Fadi practices yoga and meditation, and is an avid Serie A football and Formula 1 fan.
