Duncan is the Technical Policy Lead for the Department for Education’s Design Team. Duncan has worked across multiple government departments and is passionate about delivering user focused outcomes.

Duncan is currently working on a number of projects to understand how we can meet school and college users’ needs, whilst delivering sustainability, access to nature and the long-term resilience of the education estate.

Duncan has worked across a wide range of projects including GenZero, St Mary’s Biophilic School, the DfE’s defibrillator roll out programme, and the Resilient Schools Project.
