Will Elliott is a Senior Planner within Active Travel England’s (ATE) Planning & Placemaking Strategy team. After working within local authority planning teams for several years, Will made the move to central government and joined ATE in 2023 soon after its creation. Will has progressed to now lead on new spatial planning guidance and advice projects with the ultimate goal of raising design standards and getting more people walking, wheeling and cycling within new developments.
