Emily is an experienced project delivery professional, leading construction and refurbishment projects at the DfE since 2016 to create and enhance inspiring educational facilities through the Free Schools and Further Education Transformation programmes. She brings experience from the sport and leisure industry to her role, having previously been responsible for investment into major capital and facility developments with Sport England.  Emily’s extensive background in the public sector demonstrates her commitment to delivering impactful projects that also foster community engagement and support physical wellbeing. She is a passionate advocate for education and youth development, serving as a local school governor since 2018.
