Programme Manager at Surrey County Council Land & Property Capital Projects Team, responsible for delivery of SEND and AP capital programmes, expanding SEND place provision across Surrey to meet forecast demand and replacing the County’s Alternative Provision ‘Short Stay Schools’ formerly ‘PRU’s – Pupil Referral Units.

Previously Consultant Technical Advisor on the DfE Free School programme, plus a range of roles directly and as a consultant to Local Education Authorities, managing schools’ expansion projects, repairs services and maintenance programmes of schools’ estates, along with other local and central government property management and development programmes.
