Glenn Jensen is Senior Assistant Principal at the UK's number one employer-led school, Ron Dearing UTC in Hull, rated outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. Having started his career co-ordinating engineering apprenticeships, Glenn joined the UTC as Head of Engineering when it opened in 2017, and became a Senior Assistant Principal in 2020. He is responsible for the school's employer engagement strategy, and has been leading on engaging engineering and creative students in the process of developing the school's new STEAM Studios, a sustainable refurbishment of a historic building.
