Hadeel is a Principal Consultant and Education Sector Lead for the Real Estate Digital Team at Turner & Townsend. She is a Fellow of CIAT, CMI and chartered member of CIOB.

Alongside being a West Midlands regional lead for Women in BIM, she is an ambassador for nima and Women in Construction, and member of the CIAT West Midlands Region. Also founder of the BIM4Estates group.

Having worked on the client side for many years She currently specialises in Building Information Management and Estates Digital Transformation, providing technical solutions for organisations in the education sector to optimise their operations and FM.
