Harry is the founder and managing director of RAFT – Retrofit Action for Tomorrow – a purpose-led CIC with a mission to bring down carbon emissions and energy bills for communities across the UK. An experienced retrofit architect with multiple awards to his name, including RIBA London Project Architect of the Year 2018, Harry leads RAFT with the aim of combining exemplary professional services with deep community engagement practices to deliver environmental, social and financial value for schools and the communities they serve.

Committed to inspiring action and long-term behaviour change in each and every school they work with, Harry maintains hands-on involvement in all areas of RAFT’s practice from estate-wide and school-site decarbonisation planning to on-site delivery. He is currently writing a book titled “Your Home Retrofit” full of inspiring and practical advice for households in the UK wanting to cut their carbon emissions and energy bills, which will be released by RIBA Publishing in 2026.
