Helen Burge is a Consultant School Business Leader at Buoyant Impact, bringing over 25 years of experience in operations and strategic management within the education sector. She is a Fellow and Trustee of the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL),

Helen is also a passionate advocate for sustainability in education. She co-founded the UK Schools Sustainability Network (UKSSN) Operations Group, where she leads initiatives focused on driving impactful, long-term change across the sector. This has included creating the ISBL Sustainability Professional Standards, the Zenergi Greener Schools Index and contributing content and ideas to many conferences and training sessions.
