Ian is the Department for Education’s Regional Planning Lead for South London, providing operational planning advice on Free Schools, the School Rebuilding Programme, PSPB and FE projects.  He is a Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years of planning experience in public, private and third sector roles.  His specialisms are development management, regeneration and infrastructure planning.
