Jackie has responsibility for strategic development and operational implementation, and monitoring impact of Personalised Learning Solutions for all pupils across 3-19, with specific focus on equity, accessibility and participation.

The role includes leading on the Whole-School strategic direction and operational solutions relative to ensuring each pupil receives appropriate stretch and challenge in the most suitable environments for learning where barriers to learning are identified and removed to help facilitate creative and supportive teaching, learning and assessment approaches which guarantee personalisation of learning in a fully-inclusive and transdisciplinary manner.
