Jemma has over a decade of senior leadership experience across the charity and youth sectors. At The Talent Foundry, she develops partnerships and programmes that help young people build skills, explore careers and access opportunities, regardless of their background.

Previously, Jemma held leadership roles at Leonard Cheshire and The Scouts, managing major national programmes and teams. She brings expertise in inclusion, volunteering and social impact to the Education Estates panel, where she will explore how employers and educators can make careers across the sector more visible and give young people a voice in shaping the places where future generations learn.
