Jenn Harris is a programme manager working on the Science Capability in Animal Health programme at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. In her 15 years in the industry, she has moved over and up, working as a site secretary and bid manager before moving into construction project management. She is passionate about developing and retaining a diverse workforce. Jenn co-authored a paper on gender in construction that was published in the American Society of Civil Engineers Journal of Management in Engineering.
