Jo Rafferty has worked in the civil service since 2004, and joined the Department for Education in 2021. Jo has extensive knowledge, skills, experience and qualification in Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Security with technical professional memberships with IOSH (Tech IOSH), and The Security Institute (Msyl).
