John has been with Kier for 25 years, leveraging his background in Civil Engineering to deliver some of Kier’s most complex higher public sector and education projects in central London. His experience spans roles as Operations Director, Preconstruction Director, and now Regional Director for the London and Thames Valley region.

John has played a pivotal role in both preconstruction and project delivery, leading large teams through challenging projects. He has also worked extensively with frameworks such as the Procure Partnership Framework, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of cost, risk management, and strategic planning to ensure project success.
