As Deputy Director for the Construction and External Technical Services Division, I lead the strategic management of our construction and technical advisory supply chain, overseeing procurement, operational delivery, and performance management across multiple frameworks, including the recently procured Construction Framework 25 and Technical Advisory Services 25. These frameworks play a critical role in delivering the School Rebuilding Programme, Free Schools Programme, and the Further Education Transformation Programme, ensuring high-quality outcomes and value for money across the education sector.
