Karen Vigar, ISG has been collaborating with other contractors, consultants and the supply chain to mentor, support and develop students in a live environment for 45 days, to deliver the innovation, creativity and talent that business demands. T Levels are changing the landscape and are a vital way to connect with young people in the communities ISG operate, providing real-life experience that is invaluable to the students’ academic learning. They are also an essential part of our social value contribution and for the Department for Education (DfE) framework requirements. ISG has been offering placement experiences in both education and non-education environments giving insight to a variety of exciting job roles within construction, with 20 student placements offered last academic year. ISG will be actively recruiting students again this year from September 2023.
