Kathryn has a wide-ranging background that includes school and corporate leadership, advisory and consultancy work locally and nationally.

She founded BMAT leading on establishing its’ constitution, leading on and incorporating the teaching alliance, SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training).  She wrote the free school application for Beacon Business Innovation Hub and led on the capital build project as an intrinsic element of the curriculum vision. 

She has driven a school improvement focused central services infrastructure to support the BMAT schools and create the capacity to consolidate and grow outstanding BMAT practice to ensure 100% student progression alongside best possible outcomes for all students.
