Kathryn is an experienced, qualified architect of 20 years who has very strong client facing and stakeholder engagement skills as well as a detailed knowledge of construction, site and contract administration. She has an open and collaborative style, listening and carefully considering how best to incorporate each project’s requirements, ensuring design proposals satisfy and exceed expectations. Her experience in working closely with clients on designs means she brings a focused approach to producing well-designed buildings that have a positive impact on both the environment and their users. Since joining HLM Kathryn has worked on 6 MMC primary and SEN schools. She has a very detailed understanding of modern methods of construction, including experience developing design proposals through the SEM process, using remote digital technology.
