Kurt Jones joined Lawray Architects 2013 and was promoted to Associate in 2021 and Director in 2023. He has a vast amount of experience working across public and private sectors and has delivered a range of education, residential and hospitality. He is currently leading the retrofit of Pen Y Dre School to achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation. As part of the senior management team, Kurt has a proven track record of leading teams and efficiently organising, managing and utilising all resources to deliver high-value and complex schemes to the utmost quality and within budget. Kurt confidently communicates with all stakeholders throughout the design process, which he believes is crucial to the success of every project. This has enabled him to build exceptional relationships with clients, contractors and the site team.
