Lewis has undertaken extensive research into frameworks, alliancing, partnering and contract law. Co-authored; two Construction Industry Council published toolkits and was a member of the PPC2000 drafting committee. His career led to senior responsibilities in large value frameworks in education, healthcare and transport sectors. Currently working with our teams across our national frameworks including DfE CF25 and CCS, Lewis brings broad-spectrum thinking and ambitions to our thinking with a focus on our position as a strategic supplier to Government, policy, strategy and our advancement in defining, delivering and measuring how our work will contribute to a better built environment and improved life chances across our communities.
