Lilly is an architect and design advisor, with expertise in sustainability as a certified PassiveHouse Designer.

Lilly provides strategic design advice to the Children’s Homes Capital Programme, promoting best practice for secure and open children’s homes settings. As part of the DfE Design Team, she has advised on a range of education projects across major capital programmes, including Gen Zero pathfinder projects.

Lilly also has extensive experience in private practice in the education and residential design sectors.
