Linda Stevens joined The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) as Head of Client Development in 2022. She is responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious Client Strategy, which aims to engage with clients to find out what they need and to develop a range of dynamic resources to support them. https://www.ciob.org/industry/support-for-clients Linda’s 30 years’ experience, in various marketing communications and client services roles within the UK construction industry, includes eight years as Head of Client Services at the RIBA, where she led a variety of initiatives to improve quality, overseen by the RIBA Client Liaison Group.
