Lorna is a registered Architect with 19 years of experience. She leads and manages the Architectural Design Team in Kier Designs’ multi-disciplinary practice in Lincoln. Lorna’s professional background is in the development and delivery of educational projects, including support to Sleaford Secure Children’s Home and Lincolnshire County Council’s £100 million SEND schools transformation programme. This has allowed her to bring clear insight, knowledge, and passion into supporting the DfE and the Lincolnshire Secure Home Team research and develop this pathfinding scheme to provide access to inclusive health and educational support most needed by the Young People.
