Louise leads Hudson Architects’ portfolio of education projects and has extensive experience in the design and delivery of higher education projects, having worked with acclaimed institutions such as University College London, University of the Arts London and Birkbeck College. Currently, Louise is collaborating with Norwich University of the Arts to develop their growing campus. She is leading design proposals for their new student hub and campus destination within an existing Grade II historic bank, and the transformation of their Duke Street library to create a welcoming, inclusive access. She has supported education clients through all stages of a project’s life — from the development of feasibility studies, building project briefs, mapping, and running stakeholder engagement sessions, right through to navigating complex procurement routes and delivery models. Before joining Hudson Architects, Louise worked as a Senior Associate at Penoyre & Prasad where she gained extensive experience in the design and delivery of higher education, restoration and extension projects. She currently serves as a Client Design Advisor for the Royal Institute of British Architects.
