Louise leads the Estates Legal, Land and Planning Division in Education Estates. The division is made up of specialists dealing with land consents on behalf of the Secretary of State and providing property, planning,  legal and commercial advice and support to Education Estates capital programme and project delivery.  Louise started her career at an international bank in London and Singapore working in foreign exchange trading and international project and structured finance. She is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in the private sector, local and central government advising on construction, procurement and development projects.
